NROCRC is committed to supporting older adults in our community to live independently, stay connected, and access the resources they need. All programs are free and available to residents of Nepean, Rideau, and Osgoode. No referral is required.
Seniors Navigation Support
Our staff help seniors and their families understand and access:

- Housing options including assisted living
- Community transportation
- Respite support for caregivers
