Each season, NROCRC runs community programs that address specific needs at key times of year. From late-summer school supplies to winter clothing support and holiday assistance — these programs make a real difference for residents in our community.
All seasonal programs are free. Some programs have limited capacity — contact us to confirm dates and availability.
Tools 4 School — Late Summer
Every student deserves to walk into school prepared and confident. Tools 4 School provides backpacks filled with essential supplies for students in Grades 10–12. Offered in partnership with the Caring and Sharing Exchange.
Check Registration DatesSnowsuit Fund Initiative — Fall
Warm winter clothing — including snowsuits, hats, mittens, and boots — for children in need. No child should face an Ottawa winter without proper gear. Contact us to find out about this season's distribution dates.
