NROCRC offers a wide range of free, place-based supports for adults in our community. Whether you're navigating a life transition, looking for employment support, need counselling, or want help accessing government benefits — our team is here.

All services are free and confidential. No referral is required. Residents of Wards 3, 5, 8, 9, 20, and 21 are welcome.
