Wrap Around Support Initiative
The Wrap Around Support Initiative (WASI) is a coordinated approach to helping individuals and families facing complex, overlapping challenges. Rather than connecting residents to a single program, our team works alongside them — helping to address multiple needs at once including housing, mental health, financial supports, and social connection.
This initiative is designed for residents who may be falling through the cracks of the traditional service system. Our team coordinates with community partners to provide holistic, person-centred support. No referral is required.
Coordinated Case Support
Our team works with residents to identify all areas of need and build a support plan that brings together the right resources — from housing and income supports to mental health services and community programs.
Partner Network
We work closely with partner organizations, healthcare providers, Ottawa Public Health, and social service agencies to ensure residents receive connected, consistent care across all service areas.
Housing & Stability Supports
For residents experiencing housing instability, we provide navigation support to access emergency housing, rental assistance programs, and pathways to longer-term housing stability.
