Programs & Support for Youth

NROCRC provides free programs and supports for youth aged 13 to 24 in Barrhaven West, Rideau-Jock, Osgoode, and neighbouring wards. Whether you need counselling, school supplies, volunteer hours, or just someone to talk to — we're here for you.

All programs are free and confidential. No referral is required.

Youth Counselling

Short-term, confidential counselling for youth dealing with stress, relationships, mental health, school challenges, and more. Offered free of charge, no referral needed.

Tools 4 School — School Supplies

Every student deserves to walk into school prepared and confident. Tools 4 School provides backpacks filled with supplies for students in Grades 10–12. Offered in partnership with the Caring and Sharing Exchange.
