Programs & Support for Children

NROCRC offers a range of free programs designed to support children and their families across Barrhaven West, Rideau-Jock, Osgoode, and surrounding wards. Our programs help children thrive — from their earliest days to age 12.

All programs are free. No referral is required. Services are available to residents of our service area.

Baby Cupboard — Emergency Essentials

Emergency diapers, formula, baby food, wipes, and infant clothing for families in need. No appointment required — available during regular office hours.

Between 3 PM and dinner, lives are shaped. Our After 3 Matters campaign supports safe, structured after-school programs for children in our community.
