Our Board of Directors & Leadership Team

NROCRC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors drawn from the communities we serve. Our board members bring diverse professional backgrounds and a shared commitment to accessible, responsive community services.

The board sets strategic direction, ensures financial accountability, and upholds NROCRC's mission to connect Ottawa residents with the support they need. Day-to-day operations are led by our Executive Director and experienced staff team.
